Cancelation / Refunds

If you decide to cancel your rental, please notify us as soon as possible. 
72 hours or more prior to the start of your rental, you will receive 100% refund.
48 – 72 hours prior to the start of your rental, you will receive 75% refund.
24 – 48 hours prior to the start of your rental, you will receive a 50% refund.
No refund for same day bookings. 

If less than 24 hours, contact our customer service by phone or email to discuss your options. (have your rental verification email available for reference).
