By booking or using our rental equipment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to a signed Rental Agreement. Customers must provide valid identification and proof of insurance (if applicable). Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

2. Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved manual payment methods. Late returns may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

4. Liability & Damage
Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period. El Dorado Rents is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse or improper operation.

5. Use Restrictions
Equipment may not be subleased, modified, or used for unlawful purposes. Towing equipment must be used with properly rated vehicles and hitches.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the State of Nevada, depending on the rental location.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
